Open the app and go to the "Profile" section. Click on "My Subscription", then choose "Manage Subscription" and click "Cancel Subscription". To complete the cancellation, confirm the action by clicking "Yes".

Open the Gourmet app and go to the "Profile" section. In the upper right corner of the profile, click on the "Edit" icon. At the bottom of the screen, a "Delete Account" button will appear. Click on it and confirm the deletion.
Select a restaurant from the list and scroll down to available offers. Click "Book", choose a visit date, then click "Book" again. The offer duration is stated in its description.
After successful booking, the Gourmet Concierge will contact you to clarify details. The restaurant will be expecting you!
Please note that a restaurant table reservation must be made separately. Our Gourmet Concierge service can assist you with this, or you may reserve a table yourself.
The offer can only be activated during its validity period, which is specified in the description upon booking. If you don’t activate the offer during the day for which it was booked, it will become inactive automatically at midnight of the same day.
Important: be sure to activate the offer when you visit the restaurant so it can be considered.
You need to activate the booked offer when you are in the restaurant when paying the bill. If you activated the offer in advance, show the screen with the activated offer in the restaurant. If you don’t manage to use the offer, it can be booked again.

If the problem is not resolved within some time, try removing and reinstalling the app. If the issue persists, contact our support service providing information about the problem and your contact details. You can add a new card and change the payment method in the "Profile" section. To do this, go to "My Cards" and click "Add Card+". Enter the details of the new card and click "Add Card".
To delete a card, go to the "Profile" section, then "My Cards". Select the card you want to delete by clicking on it. In the opened window, click the "Delete Card" button and confirm the action by clicking "Delete".

At the moment, Gourmet is available in Astana and Almaty. In 2024, we plan to launch in Shymkent. By 2025, Gourmet will be available in Tashkent, Bishkek, Baku, Tbilisi, and Batumi.

You have a choice between subscriptions: Free, Select, and Premium.
• Free: Free use of the Gourmet app and Gourmet Partners services for bill payment via QR. The user receives a cashback of 3%, which will be converted into Bonuses for payment of services/products via the "Gourmet" mobile application.
• Select subscription: It costs 1199 tenge per month. The user gains access to promotions/offers from Gourmet Partners in the Select section and a cashback of 5%, which will be converted into Bonuses for payment of services/products via the "Gourmet" mobile application.
• Premium subscription: It costs 2999 tenge per month. The user receives access to promotions/offers from Gourmet Partners in Premium and Select sections and a cashback of 7%, which will be converted into Bonuses for payment of services/products via the "Gourmet" mobile application.
Yes, the subscription will remain active even after deleting the app. To avoid further charges, first cancel the subscription and then delete the app. If you encounter any problems, please contact support.
Absolutely! Regardless of your location, your subscription will be valid in any city where our partners are present.
On the day of your restaurant visit, after booking an offer, inform the waiter that you came via the Gourmet app, and show the booking screen. At bill payment, open the app, show the booking screen, and click "Activate".

There are no restrictions in Gourmet for the number of bookings. You can use one offer at a time, and after its activation, you can book a new one.

Your bonuses will be stored in the app for the calendar year. For example, if you accumulate bonuses in July of this year, they will disappear on December 31 of the current year.

Notifications were made to keep you updated on delicious offers. However, you can turn them off. Go to my profile and disable "Receive Notifications". Now you won’t be notified about delicious deals in our app.
